Resep masak : Tempe Kering Masak Santan

Bahan:

  • 300 gram tempe
  • 1 tangkai serai, memarkan
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk
  • 250 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
  • Bumbu halus:
  • 8 butir bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 5 butir kemiri, sangrai
  • 1 sendok makan ketumbar, sangrai
  • 2 cm kunyit
  • garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat :

  • Tempe, potong potong lalu goreng.
  • Rebus tempe di dalam santan.
  • Tambahkan serai, daun jeruk, bumbu halus, rebus hingga kuah mengering.
  • Goreng tempe sampai kecokelatan. Angkat.
